Junior Operations Manager

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will support our European Operations teams by managing administrative and operational processes related to vehicle purchasing, payments, invoicing, and merchant management. You will work closely with international stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve process-related requests.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational and administrative requests from international teams.
• Process invoices, credit notes, payment blockers, and payment releases.
• Validate banking information and supporting documentation.
• Review VAT requests, proforma payments, and invoice confirmations.
• Monitor purchase and merchant-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support transport coordination and documentation processes.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders across multiple European markets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in Operations, Administration, Finance Support, Customer Support, or Back Office is considered an advantage.

Additional information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
