Junior Manager Digital Logistics Solutions (m/f/d)
As a Junior Manager in Digital Logistics Solutions, you will help us improve and further develop our digital logistics systems, with CargoWise playing a key role in our operations.
You will work closely with logistics teams, Finance, IT and international colleagues to make our processes smarter, more efficient and better connected.
- Support the development and optimisation of our CargoWise platform
- Analyse logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help design and implement digital solutions and system integrations
- Participate in international projects and system rollouts
- Support user training and knowledge sharing across the organisation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Interest in digitalisation, logistics, and business processes
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
Experience with CargoWise, ERP systems, or other business applications is a plus, but not required
