Junior Consultant in Tax & Accounting

The Junior Tax and Accounting Consultant plays an integral transactional and reporting role within Deloitte’s Tax Department. The position covers various aspects of the finance function, including tax compliance, process improvement documentation, reporting, and other special projects as needed. 🎯🔎

• Higher education with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field, with a strong interest in accounting and taxation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a confident, professional approach when working with colleagues and clients.
• Adaptable and proactive, with a strong ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to effectively perform assigned tasks.
• Open and communicative, with a service-oriented approach toward both clients and colleagues.
• Able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, with a willingness to learn and work with specific accounting programs such as SAP and Navision. Previous experience is considered an advantage.
