Junior Accountant
- Process daily payment to supplier and ensure all documents are valid and align with SOP and matrix Approval.
- Prepare scheduled vendor payment proposals based on approved invoices and payment due dates.
- Prepare cash advance payment and reimbursement from employees as well as the settlement control.
- Manage petty cash for daily transaction.
- Perform bank and intercompany transaction reconciliation to support closing process.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and account reconciliations to support closing process
- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in the appropriate accounting period
- Perform Monthly Balance Sheet Review
- Perform counterparty and ledger settlement to ensure the cleanliness and validity of the ledger.
- Provide supporting documents and other necessary data for audit process.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in related field
- Knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reconciliation.
- Ability to use Microsoft office and ERP / Accounting Systems.
- Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
