Jr UX Writer

We're seeking a talented Junior UX Writer to join Kredivo! As a Junior UX Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to craft clear, concise, and compelling user interface text. You'll use your knack for understanding user needs and simplifying complex ideas to create a delightful user experience.

About the job:

• User Experience Writing: Write clear, concise, and engaging user interface text, including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and in-app messaging
• Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex UX problems
• Content Strategy: Implement an evolving content strategy that aligns with our product goals and user needs
• Brand Voice and Tone: Ensure consistent brand voice and tone usage across all user-facing content
• Copy Research: Work with UX researchers to track copy performance and inform content decisions to improve user experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and product requirements

About you:

• Writing portfolio showcasing your skill as a UX Writer, Content Designer, and/or other similar roles
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging language
• Obsessive attention-to-detail
• Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Ditto, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with UX design and/or UX research is a plus
• A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
