IV Nutrition Clinic Director - RN

IV Nutrition Addison is opening a brand-new wellness clinic in Addison, TX, and we're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our clinical team and help build the clinic from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for an RN who is ready to take the next step beyond direct patient care and into a leadership role that combines clinical excellence, team development, client experience, and clinic operations.

As Clinical Director, you will play a key role in establishing the culture and standards of our new location. You'll lead the clinical team, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional client care, and work closely with ownership and corporate leadership to help the clinic grow.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Quality

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for IV therapy and wellness services.
• Ensure clinical protocols, safety procedures, documentation, and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Supervise IV technicians and ensure appropriate training and competency.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant clinical environment.
• Support the team in handling client questions, clinical concerns, and emergencies appropriately.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent client care.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the clinic team.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff.
• Establish clear expectations for professionalism, performance, and client care.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
• Address performance issues when necessary while recognizing and developing strong team members.

Clinic Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and daily priorities.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, professional, and ready for clients.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs.
• Identify problems and take initiative to find solutions.
• Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and franchise standards are followed.
• Communicate operational needs and challenges to ownership and corporate leadership.

Client Experience & Business Growth

You'll help create an environment where clients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in the services we provide.

You will:

• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Educate clients about IV therapy and available wellness services.
• Support membership enrollment, rebooking, and client retention.
• Address client questions and concerns professionally.
• Help the team create a consistent and memorable client experience.
• Support local marketing, networking, and community outreach.
• Monitor key performance indicators and help the team achieve clinic goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve client engagement, retention, and overall clinic performance.

You don't have to be a traditional salesperson. However, you should be comfortable communicating with clients, educating them about services, and helping create an experience that keeps them coming back.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an RN who is clinically strong, confident leading others, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership.

Required:

• Current, active Texas RN license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Strong IV/vascular access skills
• Experience in infusion, IV therapy, outpatient, wellness, or a related clinical environment
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or team-lead experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client/patient safety

Preferred:

• Previous IV hydration, wellness, med spa, or concierge healthcare experience
• Nurse manager, clinical supervisor, charge nurse, or team-lead experience
• Experience with memberships, client retention, or customer service
• Experience working with sales goals or business KPIs
• Experience with EMR systems and Google Workspace

Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position.

The role includes:

• 8–12 hour shifts
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Approximately 2–4 weekend shifts per month
• Extended shifts scheduled in advance
• Flexibility based on clinic needs
