IT Consultant for Technology Strategy and M&A | Poland

We are looking for professionals who combine strong analytical thinking with a solid understanding of technology and business transformation. You enjoy solving complex challenges, working with stakeholders, and contributing to technology-driven transformation projects across industries.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Up to 3 years of professional experience in IT, technology consulting, digital transformation, business technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and develop practical recommendations.
• A good understanding of IT processes, operating models, and how technology supports business objectives.
• Experience creating clear and compelling presentations, process maps, and architecture visualizations using tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, Google Slides, or similar.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• Professional proficiency in Polish (native or C2 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
• Valid authorization to work in Poland.

• Experience in IT strategy, technology transformations, IT M&A, enterprise architecture, or other technology advisory projects.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment, particularly within Big Four, MBB, or other leading consulting firms.
• Participation in international exchange programs, scholarships, student organizations, case competitions, or other activities demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and initiative.
• Understanding of financial management, accounting principles, business cases, or value creation initiatives.
• Practical experience using BPMN, UML, Miro, or other process and architecture modeling frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in project management, process management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or other technology-related domains.
