Internal Sales - Mining/Industrial

• Supporting the day-to-day requirements of customers operating across the mining and industrial sectors. This includes driving sales and ensuring all customers receive the best possible level of service
• Providing product advice and technical support to customers
• Preparing quotations, sourcing products and following up outstanding orders
• Managing customer sales and projects, including DIFOT performance
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and solutions
• Building strong working relationships with suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the business
• Capturing sales activity and customer information in CRM in line with sales excellence best practice

• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience is essential
• Experience working with customers within the mining, industrial or related sectors is highly desirable
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and deliver customer-focused outcomes
• A passion for providing great customer service and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
• Sound product knowledge, ideally across electrical products and solutions
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and keen to learn and build your career with us
