- Group currently consists of: 4 Med/Peds physicians (total), 2 APPs (used primarily for overflow coverage)
- Clinic hours range from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a flexible schedule in that time period.
- Physicians complete newborn rounding at West Allis Women's Pavilion. Physicians round one mornings per week and then return to clinic.
- Teaching residents with MCW is an option, but it is not required.
- Call Structure, hares Med/Peds call with the New Berlin Med/Peds group and pediatric call with the 84 South group.
- Low call volume where nurse triage line handles 90% of the calls
- Highly collaborative physician group with strong communication and teamwork.

- Extensive on-site resources including, Referral specialists, social work

- Support Structure, Centralized patient calls and triage handled through PACT/call center.
- Dedicated support includes: 2 on-site RNs supporting Med/Peds, assigned Medical Assistant support, RN responsibilities include: Triage, Patient education, Nurse visits, Prior authorizations, Vaccine support
- APPs primarily function as overflow providers.
