[Internal Hiring]: Sr. Online Marketing Executive

We are looking for a smart, curious and data-driven Social Media Professional who understands how social platforms are changing and knows how to turn trends, content and data into business impact.

• Track and understand the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms and audience behaviour

• Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms

• Use AI tools for research, content ideation, creation, analysis and productivity

• Study social and website data to understand what is working, what is not and why

• Experiment with new content formats, hooks, topics and distribution strategies

• Turn data and audience insights into better content and stronger engagement

• Monitor competitors, creators and industry conversations to identify new opportunities

• Work closely with the content, SEO and marketing teams to connect social activity with brand awareness, demand generation and leads

• 4–6 years of social media/content experience

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube

• Naturally curious about AI, new tools and emerging trends

• Comfortable working with data, analytics and dashboards

• Strong content sense and ability to identify what will make people stop, watch, read or engage

• Analytical mindset with a willingness to test, learn and experiment

• Smart, proactive and able to work independently

• Someone who doesn't just execute a content calendar but asks: “What is working, why is it working, and what should we try next?”
