Job Responsibilities
Assist procurement officers and stakeholders and liaise with suppliers in managing/arranging stocks issues pertaining to quality, deliveries, out of stocks and urgent requests.
Liaise with Account Payable Department and Suppliers to manage invoice issues to bring about reconciliation of Purchase orders and invoices.
Support and work closely with Procurement officers with regards to stocks issues and samples arrangement for stakeholders’ evaluation.
Provide procurement officers in general administrative and documentation. Data Entry function to enhance product description in catalogues
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
Experience
No experience required as training will be provided.
Other Prerequisites:
Possess basic computer literacy.
Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical roles and long-term strategic initiatives.
Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Passion for working in a diverse workplace.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data and document procedures.
Approachable and responsive to queries and feedback.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
Able to commit to full-time work arrangement from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship.
