Job Responsibilities
Assist in AI-related projects as required, which may include coding and technical implementation tasks.
Support tender bidding process with activities such as issuance of tender, receiving and analyzing tender submissions and preparation of recommendation report.
Support both consultancy and contractor contracts administration including cost management, contractual entitlements and recourses and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Support and liaison with Development and Project Management Team to ensure timely deliverables during various stages of the projects.
Assist with internal reports/tracker for project administration and monitoring.
Assist with payment certificates for consultants and contractors.

Education & Certification
Applicant must be a full-time current student
Experience
No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
Basic understanding of python programming and machine learning concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical role and long-term strategic initiatives.
Proactive and has ability to adapt to fast paced environment.
A passion for working with diverse workplace.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data, and document procedures.
Approachable and responds appropriately to queries and feedback.
Able to commit to full-time work arrangement from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship.
