Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and destination reviews to identify industry trends and generate strategic insights.
- Assist in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic papers by conducting research, collecting data, and preparing supporting analyses.
- Prepare, update, and maintain pitch decks, presentations, marketing collateral, departmental reports, and approval papers to support business development initiatives.
- Collect, analyse, and synthesise information required for management reports, strategic submissions, and business proposals.
- Provide administrative support during meetings, including notetaking, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Support the planning and coordination of conferences, events, and industry engagements, including identifying collaboration opportunities and preparing the necessary materials, when needed.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Business Development team on special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, works well in a team, and is both independent and curious.
- Interested in learning about hospitality and lodging services and real estate finance.
- Curious-minded, self-starter
