We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Program Manager and Analyst to join the AppleCare Project Portfolio Management (PPM) team. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to our capital planning cycles and operational governance across Integrated Technology Planning (ITP) and organizational reporting.

You will guide business tracks through the capital planning lifecycle, coordinating project idea intake, evaluating submittals, and facilitating weekly planning forums. Alongside planning delivery, you will steward foundational governance programs including tracking contractor purchase orders, managing cost-savings and innovation initiatives, leading post-project lessons-learned reviews, and coordinating the annual Enfold compliance audit. Throughout these efforts, you will partner closely with product owners on testing and user validation for Stratosphere, our internal portfolio management platform. Additionally, you will stay abreast of emerging technologies and modern tools, actively identifying opportunities to integrate them into daily workflows to drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency for the PPM team and our stakeholders.

In this role, you will act as a central hub of consistency, accountability, and operational excellence within the AppleCare PPM team. Your core focus areas include:

Minimum Qualifications

• Project & Program Management: 3–5+ years of experience in project/program management, PMO operations, or business process re-engineering (BPR), ideally supporting technology or business operations teams.
• Planning & Intake Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional planning cadences, guide business track stakeholders through idea entry and evaluation, and shepherd proposals through multi-stage approval funnels.
• Governance & Operational Controls: Hands-on experience establishing or managing governance processes, compliance audits, or continuous improvement programs.
• Financial & Vendor Tracking: Proven track record of tracking and reconciling contractor purchase orders (POs) and spend against allocation.
• Tool & Data Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis; practical experience testing, validating, or driving user adoption of enterprise portfolio tools.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex operational updates, facilitate productive meetings, and influence cross-functional partners across different global regions and time zones.
• Attention to Detail: High standard of data integrity, structured organization, and the ability to maintain momentum across concurrent work streams in a fast-paced environment.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience required.
