Instrument Hardware Develop Intern
Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Our community is made up of every kind of individual: artists and designers, engineers and scientists, thinkers and doers. Together we create things and experiences people once couldn’t have imagined — and now can’t imagine living without. So if you’re excited by the idea of making a real impact, a career with Apple might be your dream job. Just be ready to dream big. In this role, you will collaborate with extraordinary engineering teams to integrate hardware, software, and AI technologies into cutting-edge electrical test systems, delivering industry- leading test solutions for Apple products.
As a Hardware Systems Engineer Intern, you will develop customized electrical test systems for Apple products. This role requires an EE with strong AI skills who, above all, enjoys building and shipping real, working systems rather than just designing on paper. You will be responsible for designing precision functional circuits (e.g., low-noise analog front- ends, precision AD/DA, and high-speed digital systems), performing simulations, executing system validation, and troubleshooting. You will also drive hardware/software integration, build tools to automate data analysis, and creatively push for continuous design improvements.
