Installation Technician

As a Installation Technician, you will play a key role in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of water treatment solutions, working closely with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Install and assemble water treatment systems based on technical and electrical drawings.
• Perform mechanical assembly, piping, and plastic welding activities.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, and Construction Managers throughout project execution.
• Supervise subcontractors when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying installation and design optimizations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships during on-site activities.
• Complete project documentation and reports accurately and on time.

What You Bring

• MBO Level 4 qualification or equivalent technical education.
• Experience reading technical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of installation and assembly work in industrial environments.
• Experience with or willingness to learn plastic welding (DVS/IR).
• Familiarity with NEN3140 and VCA standards.
• Valid driver's license (B).
• Good English skills; Dutch is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, safety-focused, and customer-oriented mindset.
