💲 Starting pay: $18+/hour, depending on experience

South Virginia Position

For the South Virginia location, Spanish-speaking candidates with dental experience are strongly preferred. The ability and willingness to travel is required for this position.

🪥 About the Hygiene Dental Assistant Role

As a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental team to help create a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient.

This role helps keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently while supporting patient care and overall office flow.

🦷 Responsibilities May Include

🦷 Preparing rooms for hygiene appointments
😁 Assisting with patient care and comfort
🧼 Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards
📋 Supporting charting and documentation as needed
📅 Helping with scheduling flow and patient transitions
🪥 Turning over rooms between patients
🤝 Supporting hygienists and team members throughout the day
✨ Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

🌱 Entry level? That is okay! We are willing to train the right candidate for this role. If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, this could be a great fit for you.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and excited to be part of a patient-focused dental team.

✅ Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
✅ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
✅ Willingness to learn and grow
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Professional and caring approach with patients
✅ CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
✅ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
