- A consulting-minded manager with at least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, HR advisory or reward-related transformation. Experience in workforce transformation, AI-enabled HR transformation or Total Rewards will be a strong advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges, identify opportunities and propose pragmatic solutions independently;
- A proven ability to develop client relationships, contribute to business development, build market visibility and grow a professional network in HR and reward topics;
- Experience leading project teams, coaching junior colleagues and taking ownership of project delivery from planning through execution;
- Solid project management experience, ideally gained on larger consulting or transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, analytics tools or other digital solutions is welcome;
- Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders, including C-level clients, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations;
- Strong business acumen, curiosity and motivation to shape the future of work, rewards and HR transformation;
- A university degree;
- Excellent Czech and business English, as you will work with both local and international clients.
