職務内容

アウトソーシングサービスラインのシニアマネージャーまたはディレクターとして、ファンド会計業務をリードし、専任チームをマネジメントするとともに、ファンドアウトソーシングサービスの戦略的な発展に貢献していただきます。不動産、再生可能エネルギー、プライベートエクイティなどのSPC構造に関わる日系および外資系クライアントと密に連携し、高品質なサービスを提供しながらビジネスの成長を支援します。

クライアントポートフォリオ管理

• 担当するファンドクライアントの主要なオペレーション窓口として対応
• クライアントおよび関係者（PM、AM、税務、銀行など）との関係構築・管理
• チームを通じた会計・レポーティングサービスの提供、および他のアウトソーシングチーム（税務、コーポレートセクレタリー、給与、資金管理など）との連携
• ファンド会計および関連事項に関する専門的なアドバイスの提供
• 会計および税務申告の期限遵守
• 追加サービスの機会を特定し、提案書作成やクライアントのオンボーディングを支援

チームマネジメント

• パートナーの指導のもと、業務の割り当て、チームメンバーの指導・育成、成果物のレビュー
• ファンドアウトソーシングチームの技術力および会計ソフトの習熟度向上を推進
• 社内トレーニングの主導および技術的課題の解決支援
• トランスフォーメーションチームと連携し、品質と効率を高めるためのプロセス・ツール改善を推進
• チーム評価の実施および採用活動への参加

サービス開発

• パートナーや他のサービスライン（監査、財務アドバイザリー、税務など）と連携し、ファンドアウトソーシングサービスの拡大を推進
• ターゲティング、アプローチ、提案書作成などのビジネス開発活動への参加
• 新規クライアントとの関係構築を積極的に行い、サービスの成長を支援

Job responsibilities

As a Senior Manager or Director within our Outsourcing service line, you will lead Fund accounting operations, manage a dedicated team, and contribute to the strategic development of our Fund outsourcing offering. You will work closely with both Japanese and international clients, delivering high-quality services and supporting business growth across Fund structures such as SPCs in real estate, renewable energy, and private equity.

Client Portfolio Management

• Serve as the main operational contact for a portfolio of Fund clients.
• Manage the client relationship and stakeholders (PM, AM, tax, bank etc.)
• Deliver accounting and reporting services through your team and coordinate with other outsourcing service teams (Tax, Cosec, Payroll, Treasury, etc.).
• Provide expert advice on Fund accounting and related matters.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting and tax filing requirements.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support proposal preparation and client onboarding.

Team Management

• Allocate work, coach and mentor team members, and supervise deliverables under the guidance of Partners.
• Develop the Fund outsourcing team’s technical capabilities and software proficiency.
• Lead internal training initiatives and support team members in resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with the Transformation team to enhance processes and tools for improved quality and efficiency.
• Conduct team appraisals and participate in recruitment activities.

Service Development

• Work with Partners and other service lines (Audit, Financial Advisory, Tax, etc.) to expand the Fund outsourcing offering.
• Participate in business development activities including targeting, contacting, and preparing proposals.
• Proactively introduce and develop new client relationships to support service growth.

必須条件

• SPCおよびファンド会計に関する豊富な経験（SPC管理、監査対応、税務申告、レポーティングなど）
• アウトソーシングまたは社内ファンド会計・レポーティング、不動産ファンド管理の経験
• チームリーダーシップ、プロセス改善、部門横断的な連携における実績
• 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 複数の法人を管理し、国際チームと連携できる能力

MUST

• Extensive experience in SPC and fund accounting, including SPC management, audit coordination, tax filing, and reporting.
• Experience in outsourcing or internal fund accounting and reporting, or real estate fund administration
• Proven track record in team leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and coordinate with international teams.

NICE TO HAVE

• 公認会計士（CPA）または同等の会計資格
• 会計システムの導入経験、外部委託から社内経理への移行経験
• 不動産、再生可能エネルギー、プライベートエクイティファンド構造に関する知識・経験
• ビジネス開発およびクライアントリレーションシップマネジメントの経験
