[HRL] Employer Branding Intern

As an Employer Branding Intern, you will support Employer Branding and Talent Attraction activities across digital channels, internal communications, events, and university engagement.

Job Description

• Support and execute employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns across different channels.
• Create engaging content and design visual materials for social media, career websites, internal communications, recruitment campaigns, and university activities.
• Coordinate to manage end-to-end event operations, including venue booking, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, material preparation, event setup, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate and execute university activities such as job fairs, office tours, seminars, workshops, and other student engagement activities.
• Support other Employer Branding and talent attraction projects as needed.

• Last year students in: Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Economics or related majors.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
• Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week
• Detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills
• Proficiency in design and video editing programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in event organization, project coordination, content creation, or design projects is a plus.
