Housekeeper
Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our 336-unit apartment community in northwest Houston! We need you to keep our property looking its best! Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
- Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
- Cleaning and maintaining model apartments daily
- Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
- Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
