Australian Venue Co. is looking for experienced Venue Managers, Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers across our Brisbane southside, western suburbs and Logan venues.
There’s no single type of pub in this portfolio. You could lead a busy local, a destination dining venue or a large operation with multiple teams. We want to hear what you do best, where you’d like to work and what you’re looking for next.
What’s on offer?
- Venue Managers: Lead the venue and its people, drive performance and make your mark. Competitive salary + super, with a performance bonus of up to $44,000 per year.
- Assistant Venue Managers: Partner with your Venue Manager, develop the team and take ownership of daily operations. Competitive salary + super, with a performance bonus of up to $5,000 per year.
- Duty Managers: Lead shifts, back your team and keep the venue running smoothly. Competitive salary + super.
