Help Desk Consultant - Mozelos

We are looking for an Help Desk Consultant to provide on-site IT support to end users across multiple customer locations in the Mozelos area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support to end users at customer locations.
• Travel between customer sites within the designated service area as required.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Install and configure operating system images on PCs and laptops.
• Support network infrastructure activities, including rack and cabling tasks.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of industrial IT equipment.
• Resolve IT incidents and service requests both on-site and remotely whenever applicable.
• Record, update, and manage support tickets with detailed information regarding actions performed and solutions implemented.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Experience providing end-user IT support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Experience with PC and laptop deployment and imaging processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
