Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic

C.O. Williams Asphalt and Quarries Limited is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on company equipment and trucks.
• Diagnose faults and determine effective repair solutions.
• Plan and execute repair work efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with supervisory staff on work activities.
• Promote safety standards and provide support, including training and road service as required.
  

Skills and Competencies

• Certification in Automotive Mechanics or
  any related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in mechanical repairs
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks
