Group Product Manager, Agentic Operations

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the transformation of Google Distributed Cloud’s (GDC) operational landscape from manual processing to autonomous, agentic workflows. As our scale increases, traditional manual billing and product operations have become a need to evolve. This role will own the strategy and roadmap for integrating agents and autonomous system architectures to automate complex billing cycles and operational decision-making, ensuring high precision and reduced human intervention.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Define the multi-year vision for agentic operations, moving beyond simple RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to self-correcting, autonomous agent systems.
- Prioritize use cases for billing automation that offer the highest Return on Investment (ROI) in terms of accuracy and resource reallocation.
- Collaborate with Engineering and other teams across Google Cloud to build and deploy LLM-based agents capable of interpreting complex agreement and executing billing logic.
- Oversee the transition phase where manual operations serve as the ground truth for training and validating agentic outputs.
- Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers driving automation initiatives across Google Distributed Cloud (GDC).
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
- Experience developing/launching products/technologies within AI/ML.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience in high-volume financial operations or billing infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of the LLM landscape, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic frameworks.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed global environment.
