• Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary in the Philippines, based in Alabang, overseeing a team of currently 14 employees
• Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives
• Maintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the APAC Regional Director and the Global Headquarters
• Implementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellence
• Identifying and capitalizing new market opportunities
• Continuous improvement of sales and service activities
• Planning and controlling annual sales and cost budgets
• Providing strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the team
• Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous
• Extensive experience in B2B sales management
• Fluent in English, written and oral
• In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Profound knowledge of the Philippine market
