Front End Developer
The role will report directly to the CTO and you will work closely with the CEO as well as the Product and Design Leads. You will be making fundamental development and design decisions each and every day and play a significant role in the company’s long term success.
Requirements
Demonstrated interest in engineering for impact
2+ years of industry experience in front-end/web development
Experience working with UX and design. Familiarity with taking concepts, design systems, and specs from prototyping tools (Sketch, Abstract, InVision) to deliver beautiful, functional, and accessible User Interfaces.
Broad familiarity with full front-end stack, including:
Javascript, React and related JS frameworks (Node.js, Flask, etc)
HTML, CSS - layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility
REST APIs, GraphQL, AJAX, JQuery etc
Willingness to get hands dirty across a broad variety of internal and client builds
Nice-To-Haves
Undergraduate or Graduate work in a related field
Experience in managing high-volume A/B testing and analysis
Familiarity with optimization and machine learning
Prior work in visual/interaction design or product management
