Front Desk Representative (80%)
Kusnacht Practice is a leading provider of premium mental health and rehabilitation services, working with an international and highly discerning clientele. We are looking for a warm, professional and service-oriented Front Desk Representative who enjoys creating an exceptional experience for our clients and guests. As our Front Desk Representative, you are one of the first points of contact for our international clients and guests. With professionalism, discretion and genuine hospitality, you ensure that our reception and office environment runs smoothly and reflects our high standards at all times.
- Welcoming international VIP and UHNWI clients and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day reception and front desk operations
- Managing incoming calls, emails, mail, couriers and correspondence in English and German
- Preparing meeting rooms, lounges and reception areas and ensuring they are always welcoming and presentable
- Serving food and beverages to clients and guests
- Supporting and coordinating internal functions, company lunches and events
- Providing general administrative support, including invoicing, filing, scanning and document handling
- Coordinating travel arrangements, shipments and concierge services for clients and employees
- Managing office supplies, visitor badges, parking cards, keys and building access
- Supporting additional operational tasks as required
You are a natural host who enjoys working with people and understands that excellent service is often found in the smallest details.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar reception, front desk or service-oriented position
- Hospitality or 4- or 5-star hotel experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German B2 and English C1
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional when interacting with international VIP and UHNWI clients
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Very good MS Office and MS Teams skills
- A high level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
- Flexible, reliable and team-oriented personality
- Willingness to work outside standard office hours when operationally required
