Franchise Restaurant Manager -Bilingual (Korean/ English)

• Manage daily store operations according to franchise standards

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff members

• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer issues

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, food safety, and sanitation regulations

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships

• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and daily financial reporting

• Execute promotional activities and maintain store-level marketing materials

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

• Communicate with franchise headquarters regarding updates, reports, and operational needs

• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

• 5+ years of restaurant or franchise management experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Bilingual Korean/English

• Knowledge of franchise operations and food safety regulations

• Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays as needed)
