Founding Member of Technical Staff

As a Founding MTS, you’ll join at the true zero-to-one stage. Leveraging AI heavily, you’ll work side by side with the founding team to architect and build the core product, work closely with customers, solve challenging technical problems around large-scale AI-powered application building and data integrations, and ship features that create immediate real-world impact. This is a rare opportunity to influence both the technology and culture of a venture-scale company from the beginning.
What you’ll do
- Design and build core systems from scratch
- Own technical decisions across the stack, from AI tools to backend architecture and deployment.
- Work on problems at the edge of AI app generation using LLMs, AI reasoning, RL-trained verifiers, enterprise AI deployments, and data integrations.
- Collaborate directly with customers and founders to drive rapid iteration and impact
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of software engineering or research experience (bonus for startup or high-growth background)
- Strong fundamentals in either AI research, AI solutioning, or full-stack engineering & system design
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to shape a product from the ground up
