Food & Beverage Supervisor
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference and events spaces.
This is a hands-on role for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, connecting with guests and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting your team, maintaining high service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervise daily operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and conference spaces
- Lead, coach and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and guest experience
- Assist with rostering, labour management and team performance
- Engage with guests, respond to feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support new initiatives, promotions and events across the resort
- Help drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or food & beverage
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident guest engagement and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness, including labour and cost control
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
