Finance & Accounting Specialist (Temporary )

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records and financial transactions.
• Execute invoice processing, payment transactions, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation processes.
• Follow up on financial documentation related to import and export activities.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting activities and financial controlling processes.
• Perform financial recording and reporting activities through ERP systems.
• Support both local and global reporting requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions
• Good knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting principles
• Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills
