- Join a group of 8 other family medicine physicians
- Should be able to build a full practice in a year
- Replacement for a retiring physician where one would be able to inherit part of the panel along with a mix of new patients as well
- Group is hard working, sees lots of patients and gets along well. Open door and collaborative. Will use IM and Pediatricians on site as needed as well. No egos in the group.
- Office is open from 7 am – 8 pm. 100 hours per year either before 8:30 am or after 5 pm. Flexible on how you schedule. Likely 4.5 days to start, but will be able to reduce to 4 days once practice begins to grow.
- Partners send patients to partners before walk in which is on site.
- Call group is 1:15 now. 1 weekday per month. 1 in 15 weekends per month. Phone call only. 1 - 3 calls per night, 1 - 3 minutes in duration. Med refills, nursing home status updates.
- Can teach medical students, residents, fellows if they wish. Can also do nursing home rounds, but not required or expected.
- Diverse patient population. 75% white, remaining 25% is a mix of Hmong, African American and Asian. Medicaid patients about 6.13% Medicare is 39.3%,
- Clinic is strong in the community and has a long history in the community.
- Someone with primary care redesign, someone who keeps up with medical trends and someone interested in keeping the sites high patient satisfaction scores up would be a good fit. Someone who works well in a team and is outgoing will be a great match.
- Multispecialty Clinic including: Allergy & Immunology (3 days a week), Audiology(5d/wk), Cardiovascular Disease (2d/wk), Derm (5d/wk), ENT/Otolaryngology (4 d/wk), Endocrinology (4d/wk), FM, Gastro (5 d/wk), Imaging Services (includes CT, General, Mamo), IM, Nephrology (2d/wk), Neurology (5 d/wk), OB & Infertility (4 d/wk), Ophthalmology, Optometry (5 d/wk), Pediatric Nero (1 d/wk) , Peds (5 d/wk), Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (2 d/wk), Pulm, Rehab, Rheum (2 d/wk), Surgery – General & Vascular, Urology (5 d/wk)
