Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support clients with daily routines, personal care, and hygiene.
Assist with mobility, medication management, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and transportation to medical appointments.
Maintain clear communication and document client progress.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a huge plus!
- Hands-On Caregiving Experience: Previous personal (e.g., caring for a loved one or family member) or professional caregiving experience, specifically assisting with CNA training, bathing, toileting/incontinence, and physical transfers, is strongly preferred.
- Memory Care: Experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a major plus.
- Core Traits: Adaptability, empathy, compassion, and genuine kindness are absolute MUSTs.
- Composure & Judgment: Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain a calm, reassuring presence in dynamic or high-stress situations.
- Reliability: Proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and strict adherence to schedules.
- Screening & Credentials: Proof of U.S. work authorization, ability to pass background checks. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and age 19+.
