Executive Operations Coordinator

World Animal Protection are looking for an Executive Operations Coordinator to help us move the world to protect animals.
As an Executive Operations Coordinator, you'll be the trusted operational partner to a member of our Global Leadership Team. You will be able to smooth complexity out of their day and give them the space to focus on strategy rather than logistics. It's a role built on judgement, trust, and quiet initiative. You will be empowered with real scope to shape how things get done.
What you'll do
- Coordinate plans, projects and delivery with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Own complex diaries, inboxes and cross-timezone scheduling, keeping everyone briefed and on time.
- Organise travel and accommodation for board members, executives and guest speakers, in line with policy.
- Structure timelines and sequence activity so leaders can execute complex pieces of work with confidence.
- Track delivery of time-bound priorities e.g. org planning, reviews, key initiatives.
- Keep oversight of actions, milestones and dependencies, following through with clarity and diplomacy.
- Provide support at global meetings, capturing outcomes and next steps in real time.
- Identify priorities, risks and upcoming demands before they become problems.
- Act as a strategic filter for competing priorities.
- Contribute to shared global event logistics, including trustee travel and visas.
- Collaborate with fellow Executive Operations Coordinators to close gaps and keep coverage seamless.
Midyear Wellbeing closure days
We close the organisation for two days mid-year to allow us to take a collective break from work and focus on our wellbeing. The dates will be shared with advance notice.
