The Executive Office & Quality Manager provides high-level executive support to the Managing Director while leading the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of the hotel’s quality management and sustainability agenda across Raffles & Fairmont Doha.

Acting as a key partner to the Managing Director and a central point of coordination across the Executive Office, the role ensures effective follow-up on strategic priorities, executive initiatives, and cross-functional actions, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring effective management of priorities, schedules, correspondence, meetings, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the Managing Director, Executive Committee, department heads, corporate stakeholders, owners, and external partners
  • Coordinate and follow up on key strategic initiatives, executive decisions, projects, and action plans to ensure timely execution and accountability across the business
  • Prepare and coordinate executive presentations, reports, briefing documents, meeting agendas, minutes, and management communications
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business, operational, financial, and personnel information
  • Support the Managing Director in maintaining effective governance, communication, and coordination across Raffles & Fairmont Doha
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the hotel’s Quality Management System in alignment with brand standards, company objectives, and relevant industry requirements
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, tools, and monitoring mechanisms across hotel operations
  • Drive a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement through regular quality reviews, audits, inspections, and performance analysis
  • Monitor guest feedback, quality indicators, audit results, and operational performance

What will you bring to this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, Sustainability, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, hotel operations, executive office, quality management, or a similar leadership role
  • Previous experience supporting a General Manager, Managing Director, Hotel Manager, or senior executive in a high-profile hospitality environment
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, quality assurance frameworks, guest experience, and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Practical knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental initiatives, and responsible business practices within the hospitality industry
  • Experience coordinating internal, brand, corporate, or external audits and managing corrective action plans
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple departments without direct reporting authority
  • Experience within a luxury or internationally branded hotel environment is highly desirable
