This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a EverPro - Lead Product Manager based in United States.

This is a senior product leadership role focused on shaping the next generation of AI-powered voice and customer engagement solutions. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI voice and receptionist product while helping define a broader voice product line. The role sits at the intersection of AI, SaaS workflow automation, voice technology, customer experience, and platform integration. You will work closely with engineering, AI and platform teams, design, sales, customer success, and business leaders to turn customer needs into scalable products. You will also help integrate voice capabilities across a portfolio of vertical SaaS solutions serving small and midsize service businesses. This is an opportunity to bring structure, commercial focus, and product discipline to a strategically important and rapidly evolving product area.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for an AI-powered voice and receptionist product within a broader SaaS portfolio.

  • Define the broader voice product strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI voice capabilities into customer communication, scheduling, lead capture, missed-call handling, support, and revenue workflows.

  • Partner with engineering, design, AI and platform teams, customer success, sales, and business leaders to deliver scalable voice and AI-powered experiences.

  • Lead product discovery through customer research, feedback loops, competitive analysis, market intelligence, and analysis of product usage.

  • Translate customer needs and business priorities into product requirements, briefs, roadmaps, launch plans, and measurable success criteria.

  • Prioritize investments across core product enhancements, integrations, customer-specific requirements, and reusable platform capabilities.

  • Work with engineering on technically complex capabilities including call handling, conversational flows, integrations, routing, summaries, handoffs, analytics, APIs, and configuration.

  • Collaborate across product teams to determine where voice capabilities should be embedded into existing workflows versus offered as standalone or cross-product solutions.

  • Support commercialization efforts through target-customer definition, packaging, pricing inputs, positioning, sales enablement, launch sequencing, and expansion opportunities.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs covering adoption, product quality, retention, revenue impact, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

  • Help transition the product area from founder-led decision-making toward a scalable product management discipline, operating rhythm, and portfolio-wide strategy.

  • Develop a clear perspective on the AI voice market, emerging technologies, customer expectations, competitive offerings, and technical constraints.

  • Communicate product strategy, progress, priorities, and trade-offs effectively to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS products, platforms, or capabilities.

    • Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and execution in highly cross-functional environments.

    • Experience with AI, voice, conversational products, communications platforms, workflow automation, customer engagement, or related technologies strongly preferred.

    • Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product decisions.

    • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on integrations, APIs, data workflows, platform capabilities, or other technically complex products.

    • Strong analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to define product metrics, assess adoption, and use data to guide investment decisions.

    • Commercial understanding of how product decisions affect packaging, adoption, retention, customer value, and revenue growth.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align executives, engineers, product teams, sales, customer success, and other partners.

    • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing, or newly integrated product environments.

    • Strong understanding of SaaS product development and the ability to balance immediate customer needs with longer-term platform strategy.

    • Experience with voice AI, contact center technology, virtual receptionist products, call tracking, telephony, or conversational AI is a plus.

    • Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, call analytics, or automation platforms is beneficial.

    • Experience integrating acquired products into broader product portfolios is a plus.

    • Experience serving SMB customers, particularly within home services, field services, construction, pest control, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or related industries, is desirable.

    • Ability to work remotely and collaboratively across distributed teams and time zones.

    • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States or Canada; occasional travel to company offices or headquarters may be required.

    • Benefits

      • Target base compensation of $170,000–$200,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations, with final compensation dependent on factors such as location, market conditions, experience, and expertise.

      • Flexible work options, including remote, hybrid, or office-based arrangements within the country of employment.

      • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits available from day one.

      • Annual wellness stipend.

      • 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match and immediate vesting.

      • Flexible and generous time-off policy.

      • Employee Stock Purchase Program.

      • Continued investment in professional development and career growth.

      • Opportunity to work on AI-powered products at the intersection of voice, SaaS, automation, and customer experience.

      • Distributed, collaborative work environment spanning teams across North America and other international locations.
