[EPC] 3 Embedded Software Engineers (1-3 YoE)

'EPC' is a department of BGSV company, belongs to Automotive Powertrain Solution domain. We develop embedded SW for 'Engine / Vehicle control unit' which controls key vehicle engine functions (e.g., power performance, energy consumption efficiency, emissions, diagnosis, communication) and additional drive-ability features.

We are looking for 3 Embedded Software Engineer (1-3 YoE) for Platform Projects (Base Software Platform, Diagnosis, Device Encapsulation Library, Software-in-the-Loop (SiL)) who involve engineering, design, coding, debugging and ensuring quality through CI/CT and automotive development processes.

Your Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, design and develop embedded software/test suites in automotive power-train domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Answer customer queries, propose technical solutions for customer issues and integration support.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, integration, and testing.
• Participate in Problem identification & resolution (e.g., record anomaly found during testing, analyze, troubleshoot)
• Perform static & dynamic testing from System level down-to SW component level using HiL / SiL environment, e.g.,
  • System / System integration testing
  • SW / SW integration testing
  • SW component static analysis

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• From 1 to 3 years of experience is required.
• Have knowledge of Micro controller/Embedded System and other hardware related topics: GPIO, SPI, memory, actuator, sensor, Schematic/Layout reading
• Programming Languages: good in Embedded C language
• SW development process: Familiarity and practical experience with V-Model or Agile / Kanban methodologies in the context of Embedded development.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Proven experience with Git, Git Actions, and Jenkins.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Opportunities: Software-in-the-Loop (SiL)

We are also open to candidates with limited experience in embedded systems but have relevant skills and experience in Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) / Virtual ECU (vECU) development, particularly in the following areas:

• Strong interest in developer tooling, internal tools, and engineering application development.
• Experience designing, developing, integrating, and debugging developer tools and engineering applications.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Rust, TypeScript, Python, and C#.
• Experience with development workflow automatio

Nice to Have

• Experience in Real Time Operating System (RTOS)
• Experience in using Emulators, Simulators, debugging and Test Equipment
• Experience in scripting language (e.g., Java (referable), Python, Perl, C++, C#, TypeScript or workflow automation platforms)
• Experience developing desktop applications or engineering tools.
• Automotive Standards: Experience with AUTOSAR / ASPICE
• Practical experience to use AI effectively for research and self-study
