Energy Manager

We're now looking for an Energy Manager to look after our energy management strategy, driving projects that reduce costs, optimise utility consumption and support our ambitious net zero commitments.
What you'll be doing

Identifying, trialling and evaluating emerging technologies to create a pipeline of future energy and carbon savings opportunities for our Hotels.
Managing energy budgets, utility contracts and supplier relationships to drive value and performance.
Working closely with Operations, Property, Finance and Procurement teams to improve energy performance across the UK estate.
Developing standards for mechanical and electrical services to ensure future developments are optimised for energy and carbon efficiency.

Managing external consultants, contractors and project managers delivering high-value energy and carbon reduction projects.

What you'll bring

Experience in energy management, utilities management or property-related environments.

Experience working within a large multi-site organisation.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to balance sustainability objectives with financial returns.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
