Electrician

As an Electrician at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of resort facilities. You will work under the supervision of the Engineering Supervisor or Facilities Manager to perform electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Trade certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform electrical tasks, including lifting and manoeuvring heavy equipment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
