Intro Summary of the Role:

Electrician will handle all responsibilities to support plant production and outer area with respect to electrical operations and maintenance. Core responsibility will be to monitor and regulate the downtime of any operating machine in production and outer area. Minimum spares availability awareness and clarity will be covered in routine activity.

What You Will Do:

• Maintenance related responsibility
  • Ensure smooth machine operations and performance monitoring as per SOP.
  • Ensure appropriate chemical dosing and maintain healthiness of equipment’s as per SOPs e.g. RO Water Plant
  • Maintaining CLTI for all equipment, panels and related areas.
  • Ensure smooth recordable handover during shift change over.
  • Daily reporting to direct manager for performance evaluation of the equipment.
  • Expected awareness & alertness during duty hours.
  • Upkeep of the areas under responsibility as per 6S.
  • Charging of Softener and DM plant ( HCL + Caustic usage )
  • ISO Documentation – Auditable docs.
  • Daily take reading of all plant water meter for measuring purpose .
  • Ensure all required equipment filter management as per SOP e.g. RO Treatment Plant Filter Management as per planner.
  • Ensure Critical Spares are maintained and required spares reporting to direct manager on periodic basis.
  • Ensure all work executed by third party vendors is monitored on periodic basis for quality and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Support water treatment area as per requirement and instruction of direct manager.
  • Plumbing ,mechanically and professionally fit for mechanically activity
  • undefined Operations related responsibility Performing for all related equipment minor & major preventive maintenance including safety related equipment.Maintaining critical spare parts list/inventoryGMP/GDP related responsibilityKeeps the area and machine clean after finish of work. EHS related responsibilityWorks according to EHS guidelines during the execution of responsibilitiesAdheres to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure.Reports near miss.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and utility electrical operations.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, drives, motors, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, and sensors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation basics, and industrial safety.
• Ability to read electrical parameters and interpret performance indicators.
• Good documentation discipline (logbooks, ISO documentation, maintenance records).
• Strong collaboration, problem solving, and alertness during operations.
• Required: ITI / Diploma in Electrical
