Electrical & Maintenance Engineer - Umm Al Quwain

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer who is passionate about solving complex technical challenges, driving reliability, and delivering innovative engineering solutions that keep our operations running at their best. What you´ll do Drive asset reliability and maintenance excellence by developing, managing, and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies and plans within SAP. Lead electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts, identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing sustainable corrective actions. Provide technical expertise in electrical, automation, and control systems. Support and execute engineering projects from concept through commissioning. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives including PLC, SCADA, and HMI projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Manage critical spare parts strategies and inventory optimization. Champion a strong safety culture and compliance mindset. Drive continuous improvement in reliability, energy performance, and operational efficiency.
