E-commerce & Performance Manager
Vilgain makes high-quality food - clean, functional ingredients, no shortcuts, no filler additives.
We're 700+ people across Prague, Brno and London, already selling in 12+ markets across Europe, the UK, the US and beyond.
We're on a mission to change how people think about food, and we're growing fast to do it - expanding internationally and building a company where people have a real say in what we make and how we make it, not just a seat at the table.
Your mission 🎯
We need someone to take full ownership of e-commerce performance across all our markets - the P&L, the team, and the results.
You'll lead a multidisciplinary in-house team across PPC, CRM, Emailing, SEO/GEO and Content, set the strategy and priorities across these areas, and turn them into a real growth engine for Vilgain.
What will you do?
Own the P&L: manage a monthly budget above 10M CZK, track revenue, margins (GM1–GM4), AOV and CAC, and focus on profitable growth
Lead and develop the e-commerce performance team across PPC, CRM, Emailing, SEO/GEO and Content
Set the full-funnel strategy across acquisition, conversion and retention, connecting paid, organic and owned channels
Decide where to scale and where to cut across markets and channels based on performance, profitability and growth potential
Own e-commerce performance across our web – from traffic and conversion to customer journey and repeat purchases
Drive CRO and experimentation, including A/B testing, landing pages and customer journey improvements
Align CRM, Emailing, SEO/GEO and Content around commercial priorities and customer growth
Work closely with BI and Development on tracking, reporting, data and improvements to the e-commerce experience
What do we expect from you?
5+ years of strong e-commerce and performance marketing experience – ideally from a D2C/e-commerce company, preferably in a similar industry. Agency + in-house experience is a plus.
You’ve led a multidisciplinary team and know how to bring together PPC, CRM, SEO/GEO, Emailing and Content to deliver strong results.
Deep technical command of Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok, fluency in Contribution Margin, CAC and attribution, and comfort with Excel/Sheets and GA4.
Advanced English for international work.
You take ownership and don't need to be chased to finish things
You make good decisions on your own, without a playbook to follow
You'd rather get it right than just get it done
Your first 3 months
By the end of your first three months, we expect you to have audited the e-commerce performance across markets and channels - including PPC, CRM, Emailing, SEO/GEO and Content – identified the biggest opportunities to improve revenue and Contribution Margin, and already started executing on the highest-impact ones.
What we offer
You'll get real ownership from day one, not just a seat at the table. We're a fast-growing, international company where good work gets seen and good decisions carry weight. We're building something that matters, and you'll feel that from your first week.
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
