- Monitoring and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site issues that are adversely impacting conversion.
- Experience in Site catalyst, Dynatrace tools is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience working in an e-commerce environment.
- 2+ years of experience in performing Tealeaf implementation.
