Duty Manager | Fityz's Waterford
Join the team at Fitzy’s Waterford, a recently renovated local pub with a bistro, sports bar, live entertainment, functions and gaming. We’re looking for a Duty Manager who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team and making sure every shift runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to:
- Lead the team through busy services and create a welcoming experience for guests
- Open and close the venue, including cash handling and end-of-shift procedures
- Coach team members and maintain strong service standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations across food, beverage and gaming
- Respond to guest feedback and maintain liquor, gaming and safety compliance
About you
You’ve led shifts in a pub, hotel, club or similar licensed venue and can make confident decisions when things get busy. You’re approachable, organised and happy to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.
You’ll need current Queensland RSA and RSG qualifications and availability to work evenings and weekends.
