POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for developing strategic leadership and business acumen skills of store managers to maximize store performance and profitability. They ensure all activities required to achieve their goals, including sales and profit objectives, customer service, associate investment and retention, payroll and operating expenses, asset prevention, and merchandise
presentation. This position leads a team in creating memorable customer experiences and building lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.

• Accountable for optimizing top-line sales, bottom-line profitability, and EBITDA throughstrategic business planning across the district while enhancing the customer experience.
• Leverages customer feedback and insights to develop strategies to influence our selling culture and enhance the customer experience
• Develops and executes strategies that support new customer acquisitions, building relationships with the local community.
• Cultivates an environment that encourages self-accountability and drives their own professional development.
• Inspires teams to make decisions that are in alignment with company events and objectives and always in the best interest of our customer.
• Demonstrates strategic and collaborative leadership; is an influencer who takes smart risks and an innovative approach.

• Ensures visual execution directives and product placement within brand guidelines and maintains visual expectations as defined by brand’s visual flexing requirements. Models’ expectations on store visits and ensures district leadership’s capacity to merchandise, drive sales and elevate customer experience.
• Leverages reporting to maximize efficiencies within the district and apply appropriate solves/strategies/action plans.
• Ensures that stores maintain a solid foundation of operational excellence to maximize sales and profit and to minimize loss.
• Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment law.
• Ensure consistent expense management and payroll control.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in a business/marketing concentration, strongly preferred
• 5 years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred
• Ability to create memorable experiences, build trusting relationships, and foster an engaging, collaborative environment
• Demonstrated success driving results through strategic planning, operational execution, and employee inspiration
• Proven ability to network and maintain talent pool for recruitment; select and develop Store Management teams; develop bench strength; coach and counsel
• Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to express and logically articulate point of view while reinforcing company initiatives
• Ability to forecast and analyze business trends and function within payroll, shortage, and controllable expenses to maximize district performance and profitability
• Proven ability to assess market, share information with team, and translate understanding to impact district business
• Flexible to frequent travel, to include overnights

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- An essential function of the job is the ability to move about in a store including standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching out with the body, arms, or legs, pulling, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Sometimes these movements are made quickly and repeatedly.
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
