Job Title: Digital FR Service Engineer
Job Location: Dublin, Ireland
Main Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales testing support and conduct workshops with customers or partners on technical issues.
Support the sales and solution teams.
Log and track issues reported by customers.
Train and guide customers before, during, and after the construction process, including kick-off meetings, hardware and software training, and acceptance testing.
Support customers during the commissioning process, including technical inspection of inverter installations and corrective actions where necessary.
Act as the interface between customers and the R&D team to resolve any issues.
Provide second- and third-line support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven technical and service experience, with a background in channel management.
Knowledge of or experience in the Solar-PV and/or energy storage market is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid project management and operational skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
