Dev Java Full Stack PL - Segmento Governamental

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dev Java Full Stack PL - Segmento Governamental based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to work on technology solutions with direct relevance to public services and society.
You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and development to testing, deployment, and evolution.
The role combines backend development with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, and Quarkus and frontend development with Angular.
You will also work with APIs, relational databases, cloud environments, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
The position offers exposure to Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, and modern software engineering practices.

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.

• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs, including authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0/OIDC and JWT.

• Develop and maintain frontend applications with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Bootstrap, and RxJS.

• Work with relational databases, particularly Oracle, using SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and Liquibase for database management and versioning.

• Integrate applications with external services and systems through REST APIs.

• Use Git and Maven throughout the development and project management lifecycle.

• Implement and support containerized applications, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes using Docker, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Helm.

• Contribute to solutions running in Microsoft Azure, supporting development, integration, and application sustainability.

• Participate in requirements analysis, software development, testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field.

• Professional experience developing applications with Java 17/21.

• Strong knowledge of REST API development using Spring Boot and/or Quarkus.

• Experience with Maven, Git, JPA/Hibernate, Oracle, SQL, and relational databases.

• Practical experience with Liquibase for database versioning and management.

• Knowledge of API security concepts and implementation using OAuth 2.0/OIDC and JWT.

• Experience integrating applications with external services through REST APIs.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and Helm.

• Frontend development experience with Angular 21+, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with RxJS and reactive programming concepts.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and technical quality.
