Deputy Finance Controller (Dong Tan)

- Act as the Deputy to the Finance Director, overseeing overall finance operations and team management.
- Lead and manage all finance functions, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, financial statements, and group reporting.
- Support financial planning through budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Analyze key financial issues, risks, and business performance, and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Partner with Business Units and key stakeholders to drive profitability and operational efficiency improvements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, credit risk, and overall financial risk.
- Lead internal controls, compliance activities, tax matters, and internal/external audit processes.
- Drive finance process improvements and lead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP/system upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with regional/global finance teams, external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Certified Korean Public Accountant (KICPA) qualification required.
- Proven team leadership experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and/or General Accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Korean tax regulations and tax reporting.
- At least 15 years of accounting and finance experience within multinational organizations.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. [English proficiency test scores must be included in the resume]
Preferred Qualification
- MBA degree preferred.
- AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) certification preferred.
- Experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry or other professional services industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Hyperion and Oracle system preferred.
Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives preferred
