Mike Yeo, DDS is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our established Chantilly practice.

A SCHEDULE WE CAN BUILD TOGETHER

We recognize that work-life balance doesn’t look exactly the same for everyone.

Rather than forcing every hygienist into one predetermined schedule, we’re open to discussing the days and hours that work for both you and the practice.

Current practice hours are:

Monday-Friday: 9:15 AM-5:00 PMSaturday: 9:45 AM-2:00 PM

Dr. Mike Yeo has practiced dentistry in Northern Virginia for decades and established the Chantilly location in 2005.

Today, the practice provides general dentistry alongside expanded periodontal expertise, creating an environment where team members are exposed to a broad range of patient needs and comprehensive dental care.

For a hygienist, that means being part of a clinical team where prevention, periodontal health, patient education, and long-term relationships all matter.

TIME AWAY FROM WORK MATTERS TOO

Full-time hygienists in this role receive 4 weeks of PTO.

That’s intentional.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Dental Hygienist with Mike Yeo, DDS, you’ll:

• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with patients
• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Review medical and dental histories and perform appropriate screenings
• Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information
• Educate patients about oral health, prevention, and recommended treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team
• Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• A collaborative approach and interest in comprehensive patient care
